First zone - TABLE WITH CONVEYOR BELT

Workplate with 2600 mm table equipped of motorized belt conveyor / pieces introduction with speed variation through Inverter unit.

Second zone - STATIONARY MANUFACTURING

Axis group with mobile carriage and auxiliary tenoning operation, slide on ball bearing guides / repositioning of ball screw activated by AC motor and centralised stock control.

TENONING POWER UNIT

No 1 multiple tenoning group with 7,5 HP engine / 3000 revolutions, variable rotation through Inverter, mandrel diameter of 50 mm - usable length 270 mm.
